This also applies to the tyre sector because more and more customers are discovering the convenience it offers. We have also listened to the experiences of our customers and critically evaluate what we are doing. This has resulted in a new website with even greater focus on search and ordering possibilities, as well as improved convenience when placing orders. This is a particularly important step because more and more customers are using the website via tablets and smartphones. We thus have a modern website with a solid and calm appearance, which features easy ordering options and a lot of information. We have also developed our own ‘app’, so customers can always check stock levels and prices no matter where they are, even when offline. This is part of our 'service without limitations' principle.”
Site is ‘responsive’ and supported by an app
Because the latest technology has been used, the site can be viewed and used perfectly on all devices featuring internet access. The site's technology makes it 'responsive’, which makes it ideal for use on PC's, laptops, tablets and smartphones. The aim is to allow customers to quickly search for products in the easiest possible manner. In addition, there is also a lot of information about a wide range of tyre-related issues. The new Heuver Tyres app for smartphones and tablets allows customers to access all tyre-related information even if they are not connected to the internet. The app can also be used to view prices and stock levels when offline. The app can be found in the Google Play and Apple App Store, but can also be downloaded via www.heuver.nl/app. Like the website and web-shop, the app can be used in German, English, French and Dutch.
