The comprehensive catalogue features all tyre-related information for Heuver's exclusive in-house brands in the truck, earth-moving and agricultural sectors. This means the wholesaler has now created a six-pronged platform for all its key markets, which offers customers the very best support when ordering tyres. The book offers an insight into essential tyre-related information, as well as conversion tables and tips. The omni-channel strategy is based on Heuver's desire to offer peace of mind to its customers.

“A few years ago, we were one of the first companies to open a web-shop”, states Bertus Heuver, director at Heuver Tyrewholesale. “We want to make things as easy as possible for all our customers if they have questions or want to place orders. That is why we have gone a step further by introducing this omni-channel strategy. A great deal of preparation was needed to reach this point but, from now on, we will be offering a six-pronged platform where each approach is connected to the other. This platform consists of account manager – telephone – brand reference book - responsive website and web-shop - app. Together with the country-based teams introduced last year, this forms the perfect omni-channel mix and allows us to offer customers the very best service. Because we have combined 'traditional' printed approaches with modern digital solutions, we have given customers various possibilities to contact us.”

Free catalogue popular brands

The Heuver catalogue (184 pages) will be supplied to all Heuver customers free of charge. Potential customers can also request it for free. Bertus Heuver: “Our book is free of charge because its offers commercial benefits, although it also serves another purpose. Whereas each A brand has its own reference book, this is often not the case for equally popular but less renowned brands. The Heuver book will now offer these brands - which we import exclusively - the same level of exposure to customers. It is a source of reference featuring tyre-related information and a whole lot more, including a link to the new Heuver tyre-app, which is unique. Anyone can download the app via Naturally, the app always features the very latest information so our customers and prospects are always up-to-date. Finally, the book is a great way for us to help our customers. We will be monitoring the first edition of the Heuver Tyre Book very closely, and will evaluate how things have gone afterwards. Our aim is to release a revised version every year.”
