Packing slip
Where can I find my packing slip?
The packing slip is always included on the pallet. It is also available online in the My Heuver environment. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to your My Heuver account.
Step 2: Go to 'My Orders'.
Step 3: Click on the packing slip number to download the packing slip immediately.

Can I pick up my order?
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Hardenberg.

Returns
How can I return my order?
Step 1: Log in to your My Heuver account.
Step 2: Go to 'My Orders'.
Step 3: Select the order number for which you wish to request a return.
Step 4: Click on "Return Request" in the top right corner.
Step 5: Select the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 6: Select the reason for the return.
Step 7: Select the quantity you wish to return.
Step 8: Check the collection address.
Return orders will be collected from you within one week.
The return costs are €10.00 per truck tire, and our agricultural tires and earthmoving tires are available upon request.
