As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This confirmation contains your Track & Trace link. This link can also be found in the My Heuver section.

      Step 1: Log in to your My Heuver account.
      Step 2: Go to 'My Orders'.
      Step 3: Click on the order number.
      Step 4: Here you will find the Track & Trace link.

Change delivery address

How do I change the delivery address for my order?

When you place an order in our webshop, you can change the delivery address. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Once you have collected all the items in your shopping cart, click "Confirm."
Step 2: On the next page, click "Edit."​​​​​​​
Step 3: You can now change the address details.
