Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

RMA Number Requirements

The RMA shipment label must be clearly attached to the return package.

Packages without a valid RMA shipment label may be rejected or delayed.
Return Shipping

For defective items or incorrectly shipped products, the company covers return shipping costs.

For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Inspection & Processing

Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, and the total process is usually completed within 30 days.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a company error.

Truck and wheels ≤ 22 inches:

Netherlands: €10 per item

Germany & France: €15 per item
