At Heuver Tyres, it has been about more than tyres and wheels for many years. Customers want to rely on a smooth process, from order to use. With the Heuver Mounting Center, we offer a total solution in which everything comes together.
We supply complete wheels for agriculture, truck and earthmoving and take care of the entire process: from supplying the right tyre and producing or delivering the wheel via our own wheel factory Bevri to professional mounting and delivery to the customer. Balancing and the integration of the correct TPMS sensors can also be included within the entire process.
With this combination of tyre stock, in-house wheel production, mounting capacity and logistical handling, we control the entire process ourselves. This makes us a total provider and a reliable partner for complete wheel solutions in different configurations and colours.
Sensoring
Within the Heuver Mounting Center, we can deliver complete wheels including sensoring such as TPMS. During mounting, tyre pressure sensors can be integrated directly into the wheel if desired, so that the complete assembly is delivered ready for use.
Tyre, wheel, mounting, balancing and sensoring are handled within one single process. This ensures an efficient workflow and a solution that meets the requirements of modern vehicles in agriculture, truck and earthmoving.
Tailor-made solutions
Within the Heuver Mounting Center, Bevri Wheels plays an essential role. As our own wheel factory, Bevri produces high-quality agricultural wheels from 10 to 54 inch, fully customised and according to the highest quality standards.
With a modern production process, from cutting and welding to blasting and dual-layer powder coating, Bevri guarantees durable and perfectly centred wheels with optimal roundness and a high-quality finish. Specials such as track wideners and customer-specific modifications are also possible. Thanks to this in-house production, we can respond quickly, deliver tailor-made solutions and offer complete wheels professionally mounted via the Heuver Mounting Center.
