Heuver OTR tyres book is available again
As the largest player in Europe in the field of earthmoving tyres, Heuver would like to share its knowledge with its customers. To this end, Heuver has developed an OTR tyres book, which is considered to be the ultimate reference work for this specific segment. The fact that many customers want all information about earthmoving tyres and rims in one handy and manageable manual on their desk is evident from the many requests Heuver received. As a result, a new edition of the book had to be released, which is now available. Do you always want to be able to provide your customers with the right advice quickly? Request a copy of the Heuver OTR tyres book now.
All technical tyre-related information presented clearly
“The OTR tyres handbook is packed with all relevant information about the main premium brands and, of course, our in-house brands like Aeolus and Barkley”, says Bert van ‘t Holt, Product Manager OTR tyres at Heuver. “We want to make sure that all customers quickly find tyres for their specific situations. The tyres have been categorised based on the type of machine for which they should be used, which means all information is easy to find. This includes tyres for graders, loaders and underground mining machines, to tyres for scrapers and articulated and rigid dumpers. The book also contains tyres for rollers, road-building machines, mobile cranes, industrial and port machinery, mobile excavators and MPT tyres. This complete overview means our customers can more effectively compare the various OTR tyres that are available via Heuver. Naturally, the book also features a special chapter about rims that accompany each brand and type of vehicle.”
Hi Score from customers via knowledge sharing
Besides our complete range of OTR tyres and rims, Heuver also uses the book to share a lot of general and specialised knowledge. This includes a very wide range of subjects, like the Load/Speed index, TRA Code, Star rating and rubber compound of a tyre. It also involves addressing themes like TKPH and WCF, and offering a very useful pattern comparer.
“Heuver is proud that knowledge sharing on such a large scale has resulted in excellent customer satisfaction”, adds Bert van ’t Holt. “It speaks volumes that our customers give us an average rating of 8.7. We will always help customers with their questions, but also like sharing information proactively. So knowledge sharing is also important part of our ‘full service’ concept, which we want to use to give customers complete peace of mind. For instance, we have the largest range of new and used OTR tyres in Europe; can supply accompanying rims; arrange trade-in and collection of tyres, casings and rims; and also take care of assembly (possibly on site). We receive a lot of positive reactions from customers when doing so; and that's why we do what we do.”
